Terrific place with great ingredients and food preparation. Duck eggs marinated in a delicious brine for the Shrimp Tempura Udon and it tastes as if the vegetables are cooked separately, seasoned separately, then combined for the House Hibachi giving it so much depth and layered flavor. 10/10! I love this place so much, it's worth the money too they don't skimp on portions. The sushi is some of the best in the Mid-South I would say! Definitely worth a try!!! What a great first time try for my birthday meal, thank you Subarashi!

It has a cool, calm vibe, like a cafe where you can unwind. It's not too loud, where you can sit down and do your to-dos.I tried the vegan ramen. Thankfully, they have vegan noodles like kale, which could be perfect for persons into lactovegan life. Though ordering extra spicy, the food wasn't that spicy, so that’s not bad. The avocado rolls were a perfect meal, too.
